Friday at RECON is the kind of day that reminds you why you started.

It kicks off with a morning stretch session to get your body ready, then moves into the Opening Super Hero Summit — a powerful, high-energy gathering that sets the tone for everything RECON is about. After lunch, you'll hear directly from all three REFIT founders: Angela Beeler, Catherine Ballas, and Emily Field. Three sessions, three perspectives, and a whole lot of truth about what it means to move your world.

Then the night takes over.

Doors open for the Masquerade Mystery Ball — a themed experience class that is equal parts workout and spectacle. After that, the party moves to the Skyline Terrace for karaoke (with a bar, because of course). It's the kind of night that ends with new friends and a sore face from laughing.
